We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of HR strategy and management. This role will drive recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations, while promoting company culture and ensuring HR policies align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead recruitment for key positions and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Optimize performance management and employee incentive systems.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Drive employee training and development programs to enhance skills and organizational capability.
- Handle employee relations and labor issues in compliance with Saudi labor law.
- Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in senior management roles.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and local employment regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Fluent in English.
