Head of Human Resources

WWF-Singapore is looking for a hands-on Head of People and Culture to lead the full HR agenda for a purpose-driven organisation committed to building a future in which people live in harmony with nature. Reporting to the CEO, this role will shape and deliver practical people strategies that strengthen culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across a lean and mission-led team.

This role requires a people leader who is comfortable building teams, improving processes, partnering closely with leaders and staying close to the day-to-day realities of the organisation.

What the role will do

• Lead the end-to-end HR function across recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, employee relations, rewards, HR operations and policy.
• Build and strengthen people processes, systems and practices that are fit for purpose in an organisation of this scale.
• Partner the CEO and leadership team on organisation design, team effectiveness, succession planning and culture.
• Support leaders and managers on people issues in a practical, responsive and solutions-oriented way.
• Build trust across the organisation and engage confidently with staff, senior leaders and relevant board stakeholders.
• Use sound judgment, good prioritisation and a hands-on approach to move multiple priorities forward at pace.
