Job Description

The Head of Investment is responsible for leading the company's investment strategy, identifying and evaluating high-value opportunities, and managing the investment portfolio to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation. The role focuses on investments across large-scale assets, development projects, and strategic ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall investment strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives.

- Identify, assess, and evaluate new investment opportunities across asset-based and development-driven sectors.

- Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, and valuation analysis for potential investments.

- Conduct market research and risk assessments to support informed decision-making.

- Oversee due diligence processes including financial, legal, and operational evaluations.

- Structure investment deals and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms.

- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.

- Prepare investment reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

- Lead and develop the investment team, ensuring high standards of analysis and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 10+ years of progressive experience in investment management, corporate finance, asset management, or large-scale project investment.

- Strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis.

- Proven track record in managing high-value investment portfolios.

- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
