Job Description
As the Head of IT Operations based in Riyadh, you will have the following responsibilities: :
Responsibilities:
Ensure the availability and reliability of systems and networks associated with the platform and the organization.
Responsible for meeting IT run SLAs (P1 resolution time, availability, etc.) associated with the platform.
Manage technology vendors and service providers to ensure the organization's technology needs are met.
Act as the point of contact for interaction with Cloud Services Provider (CSP) Zain. E2E ownership of the virtual (cloud) hosting needs.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Oversee IT security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Lead disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime and data loss.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and align IT services accordingly.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration and improvement.
Monitor and optimize IT costs while ensuring the best value for the organization.
Build and lead a high-performing IT operations team through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
