Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal aspects of the company.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Reporting on legal activities, risks and litigation
- Negotiate and draft contracts on behalf of the company.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to company management on a variety of issues.
Key Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience working as an in house lawyer advising on M&A matters, SPV's, term sheets etc.
- A law degree from an accredited institution.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law and UAE law.
- Fluency in Arabic & English
- International merger and acquisition experience.
