Job Brief:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function, driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting customer acquisition and retention across all channels. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong team leadership to deliver measurable marketing outcomes in both B2B and B2C environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals, vision, and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
- Oversee the performance marketing function and ensure lead generation and acquisition targets are consistently achieved.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content, email, events, social media, and brand initiatives.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Track, analyse, and report key marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive public relations, communications, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum8+ years of marketing experience,with at least35 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven hands-on experiencemanaging both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such asGoogle Analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
