Role Overview
Elaris is a multi-branch beauty salon group in Dubai and part of Persian Horizon Holdings.
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the brand's marketing strategy and commercial performance across our salon portfolio, including luxury flagship locations and premium branches.
***Mandatory experience in beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, beauty brands, or the wellness industry***
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Elaris brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice
- Manage the full marketing team including brand, content, design, social media, video, PR, and performance marketing
- Lead seasonal and cultural marketing campaigns relevant to the market
- Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) to drive bookings and revenue
- Drive organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and WhatsApp communities
- Own PR and influencer strategy, including partnerships, events, and collaborations
- Oversee CRM marketing and retention campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and support branches in achieving daily and monthly revenue targets
- Manage marketing budgets and external agencies
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing marketing teams of 5+ people
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing
- Experience with CRM marketing and automation platforms
- Proven experience in PR and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of Dubai's multicultural audience
