Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with strong experience in B2B fintech platform marketing, capable of combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

This role will focus on positioning complex financial products and platforms to institutional clients (banks, brokers, financial institutions, and government bodies), while driving demand generation, brand, and go-to-market strategies across global markets, with a strong focus on Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product and platform marketing, positioning complex fintech solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for institutional audiences.
  • Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to align marketing with platform capabilities and roadmap.
  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and scale B2B demand generation, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Own go-to-market strategies for product launches and market expansion.
  • Drive brand positioning, communications, and PR to strengthen market presence.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting European markets.
  • Stay hands-on across campaigns, messaging, and execution where needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to drive growth and commercial alignment.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall marketing performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles with a strong background in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in B2B platform or product marketing (fintech, SaaS, or financial infrastructure).
  • Experience marketing to institutional clients (banks, brokers, financial institutions, or government entities).
  • Strong understanding of technical products (e.g. APIs, platforms, financial systems).
  • Proven track record in demand generation, growth, and brand building.
  • Experience scaling marketing across international markets, with exposure to European markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferences

  • Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  • Knowledge of crypto, FX, or trading infrastructure.
  • Experience building marketing teams or functions from scratch.
