Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and events functions. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a strong agency background, capable of building powerful brand narratives, executing high-impact campaigns, and driving measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate combines creative vision with performance marketing expertise, and has a proven track record in managing integrated campaigns across digital platforms and large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead and mentor a multi-functional team across digital marketing, content, and events
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on brand positioning and market expansion
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Oversee all digital channels: paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website performance
- Drive performance marketing initiatives with clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and optimization
- Lead CRM and customer lifecycle strategies to improve retention and engagement
- Design and execute impactful brand experiences, activations, and large-scale events
- Oversee event strategy from concept to execution, including vendor and stakeholder management
- Ensure events align with brand identity and deliver measurable ROI (leads, awareness, engagement)
- Own and evolve the brand identity, tone of voice, and visual direction
- Lead integrated campaigns across online and offline channels
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all marketing communications
- Collaborate with creative teams (internal or external agencies) for campaign execution
- Leverage prior agency experience to manage external partners effectively
- Brief, evaluate, and oversee agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality output
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or locations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and events
- Previous agency experience is a must (creative, media, or integrated agency)
- Proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and campaign optimization
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large-scale events or activations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link marketing to revenue growth
