Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we accelerate our expansion in the UAE, we're looking for a Head of Marketing to shape our local strategy, drive sustainable growth, and build a high-performing marketing organization.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who understands the UAE market deeply and can translate insight into bold, effective marketing execution.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute Keeta UAE's annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Define core strategies that strengthen brand presence, user acquisition, and retention.
Market Insight & Localization
- Analyze competitors, user behavior, and local market dynamics including cultural nuances, festivals, and offline touchpoints.
- Turn insights into actionable, locally relevant marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Consumer, Business, Product, and Operations teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between marketing execution and overall business performance.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow the UAE marketing team.
- Foster a high-performance, positive culture rooted in ownership, agility, and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong marketing leadership experience within the UAE market.
- Background in food delivery, FMCG, e-commerce, or O2O industries preferred.
- Proven ability to build and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of local events, cultural moments, and social media ecosystems.
- 5+ years of team management in cross-cultural environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- International or overseas marketing exposure is highly valued.
