We're looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing to join the leadership team and drive brand growth, market penetration, and consumer love at scale.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead all marketing functions, from brand strategy to performance marketing, digital growth, content, and innovation. You'll shape the marketing vision, build and lead a high-performing team, and play a critical role in positioning the brand as a market leader in Egypt and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with the brand's growth goals.
- Build and lead a world-class marketing team, including brand, digital, creative, communications, and trade marketing functions.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, influencer programs, and digital activations that drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Leverage market research, data, and consumer insights to guide decision-making and uncover new opportunities.
- Own the full marketing budget and ensure effective allocation for maximum impact and ROI.
- Drive innovation across new product launches, packaging, positioning, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with founders, sales, product development, and retail partners to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans.
- Act as the brand's voice in the marketparticipating in key industry events, partnerships, and media engagements.
Qualifications:
- 812 years of marketing experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within personal care, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong experience in brand building, digital marketing, influencer strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumenable to connect creativity to commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
