About the Role

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions for Innovo Real Estate's developments across Egypt, UAE, KSA. This role will ensure that all marketing efforts align with business objectives and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances Innovo Real Estate's brand positioning and drives customer engagement.
  • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, ensuring maximum visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of high-impact advertising campaigns, including print, outdoor, and digital media.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including brochures, presentations, videos, and website content, to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and PR firms to maximize brand exposure and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee event planning and sponsorship opportunities to enhance Innovo Real Estate's presence in key markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all marketing regulations and industry best practices across different jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in real estate marketing, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Certifications such as Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), Google Ads Certification, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience working with real estate developers or luxury property brands is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Preferable experience working with tier 1 consultants and contractors across GCC.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Additional language skills, such as French, may be advantageous for cross-border projects.
