About the Role

This role sits at the centre of growth, brand, and market execution across food delivery and consumer product services. You will shape the annual marketing agenda, turn market intelligence into clear commercial priorities, and lead integrated initiatives that strengthen visibility, engagement, acquisition, and retention. It suits someone who combines strategic judgement with strong market awareness, understands how local culture and consumer behaviour influence results, and can lead a team while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and built around clear growth priorities.
  • Analyse the competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, local market conditions, cultural nuances, and seasonal moments, and convert those insights into practical marketing strategies.
  • Partner closely with consumer and business stakeholders to create integrated marketing initiatives that support wider operational and commercial goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, building a strong performance culture and raising the overall quality of execution.
  • Define and implement marketing initiatives that improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition across relevant channels.
  • Oversee brand management to maintain clear, consistent messaging and strong market positioning.
  • Track campaign performance, measure return on investment, and refine activity based on data and evidence.
  • Ensure marketing strategy remains connected to business priorities across both regional and broader international environments.

Qualifications

You bring proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies in complex business environments.

Required Skills

  • You have strong analytical capability and know how to interpret competitive trends, market conditions, and consumer insights to guide decision-making.
  • You have led and developed marketing teams, with a track record of setting direction and improving performance.
  • You are comfortable working across functions and aligning marketing activity with stakeholders from different parts of the business.
  • You have a solid grasp of both online and offline marketing channels and know how to use them effectively within a broader strategy.
  • You bring strong strategic thinking, sound problem-solving ability, and the communication skills needed to influence at senior level.

Preferred Skills

Experience within food delivery, consumer products, or a closely related sector would be an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

A monthly salary in the range of AED 40,000 to 50,000, alongside a comprehensive package and relocation support.
