Role Overview
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing, brand, and customer engagement strategy for a real estate development organization. The role focuses on building a strong brand presence, driving demand generation for project launches, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Define and execute an integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all developments and portfolios.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new project launches and market expansions.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Optimize lead quality, conversion performance, and marketing ROI using data and analytics.
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead nurturing and conversion.
Customer Experience
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to post-handover engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand experience across digital, on-ground, and experiential touchpoints.
Budgeting & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Track and report KPIs including lead performance, campaign effectiveness, and brand metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Development, Design, Finance, and Operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Provide market and customer insights to support product and pricing decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 1015 years of marketing experience, with leadership exposure in real estate development or related industries.
- Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, CRM platforms, and performance analytics.
- Proven experience in launching projects and driving demand through integrated marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
