Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing at Plekhanov University Dubai, located in Dubai. The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, drive market research initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, collaborate with the sales team, and oversee public relations efforts. The role requires the ability to guide the marketing team, build brand awareness, and contribute to the university's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and the ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies
- Strong skills in Marketing Management to oversee campaigns and marketing operations effectively
- Expertise in Market Research for understanding target markets and analyzing industry trends
- Experience in Sales to integrate marketing efforts with revenue-driving activities
- Knowledge of Public Relations to build and maintain a positive brand image
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Prior experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the education sector
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
