Position Overview

The Marketing & SalesManager will be responsible for leading and managing both the marketing and sales functions of QHSSE PLATFORM. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through structured marketing initiatives and effective sales team supervision. The role excludes business development and partnerships, which are handled by a separate function.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, supervise the execution of content calendars, manage digital and offline campaigns, and ensure alignment with internal sales processes. He/she will also manage the internal sales team responsible for handling inbound leads, proposal coordination, and direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Function Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of the marketing strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Supervise the creation and rollout of visual and written content across digital platforms including LinkedIn, the company website, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate and approve digital advertising activities (Google Ads, SEO, sponsored content).
  • Ensure the delivery of sector-targeted campaigns across key industries such as banking, education, and manufacturing.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Ensure bilingual communication (Arabic and English) is effectively implemented in all campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign planning with internal stakeholders to reflect company priorities and service developments.

2. Sales Function Management

  • Manage and guide the internal sales team to ensure effective follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of quotations, commercial offers, and client communications.
  • Supervise the coordination of proposal documentation and alignment with technical teams as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring proper use of CRM tools and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing materials and sales communication tools (pitch decks, brochures, proposals).
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of pricing policies, service offerings, and sector-specific sales approaches.

3. CRM & Reporting Oversight

  • Collaborate with the CRM coordinator to ensure proper lead tracking, sales funnel management, and campaign tagging.
  • Review CRM data and reports on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of marketing and sales data into a central reporting system.
  • Maintain oversight on lead response times, conversion stages, and client feedback loops.

4. Internal Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing and sales teams to ensure synchronized planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the BD function, Operations, and Technology divisions to stay updated on new service offerings and market needs.
  • Coordinate closely with the CEO and management team to align marketing and sales activities with quarterly priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing both marketing and sales teams in a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading internal sales teams with CRM utilization.
  • Proficient in marketing and sales platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
