What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. We are looking for a rare blend of engineer and marketing strategist to lead our Marketing Technology function. As Head of MarTech, you will own the full stack of digital marketing infrastructure whilst designing, building and operating the systems that power how we acquire customers, engage creators, scale affiliate programs and launch data-driven campaigns at speed.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work at the intersection of product engineering, growth marketing, and AI, building and scaling proprietary tools for influencers, driving automation in campaign execution through advanced AI solutions and continuously elevating our marketing technology stack to ensure it remains best-in-class. You will partner closely with our Growth, Brand, and Data teams and will be expected to write code, review architecture, and set the technical direction.
Marketing Technology Stack
- Design, build, and continuously optimize our end-to-end MarTech architecture. Spanning CRM, digital marketing, influencers, attribution, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Own the integration layer between marketing tools and our core product/data infrastructure
- Evaluate, procure, and implement third-party platforms; sunset legacy tools where necessary
Affiliate Technology & Program Infrastructure
- Build or implement scalable affiliate tracking and management systems (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, or custom-built solutions)
- Develop technical tooling to onboard, track, and optimize performance-based creator and affiliate partnerships
- Design commission modeling, payout automation, and fraud prevention systems
Influencer Tools & Creator Technology
- Build internal tools to enable the influencer team, from creator discovery and briefing to content performance tracking and ROI measurement
- Design APIs and dashboards that give influencers and affiliate partners real-time performance visibility
- Develop workflows that automate repetitive creator operations (briefs, contracting, reporting)
Agentic AI for Marketing Campaigns
- Lead the adoption and development of agentic AI systems across our digital marketing campaigns, from automated campaign launch logic to AI-assisted content personalization and media buying decisions
- Evaluate and implement LLM-based tools for campaign ideation, audience segmentation, copy generation, and A/B testing automation
- Build internal AI agents that can operate portions of the campaign lifecycle with minimal manual intervention
Data, Attribution & Performance Engineering
- Build and maintain robust marketing data pipelines that ensure clean, unified first-party data seamlessly flows from ads, affiliates, social, CRM, and product platforms into a single, reliable source of truth.
- Own marketing attribution modeling across channels (last-touch, data-driven, multi-touch)
- Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure that gives leadership real-time visibility into CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel efficiency
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in a marketing technology, growth engineering, or full-stack role with direct marketing system ownership
- Engineering background is essential. You must have written production code (Python, JS, or similar) and be comfortable reviewing technical architecture
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing technology (tracking platforms, commission systems, partner portals)
- Experience building tools or systems for influencer/creator programs at scale
- Deep understanding of marketing data: attribution, funnels, cohort analysis, and martech integration
- Experience deploying or building agentic AI / LLM-powered marketing automation
- Track record in a high-growth consumer internet, e-commerce, or DTC company
- Familiarity with modern MarTech stack: Segment/RudderStack (CDP), Braze/Iterable (CRM), GA4, Meta/TikTok APIs, Looker/Tableau
- Experience with programmatic and paid media technology stacks
- Strong SQL skills; comfortable with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
