Job Summary
Own and lead VIPKid's full marketing strategy in KSA to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute VIPKid's marketing strategy in the KSA market
- Build and lead the local marketing team and agency partners
- Own marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI measurement
- Develop brand positioning and messaging for the Saudi market
- Drive lead generation to support sales and enrollment targets
- Oversee digital, offline, influencer, and performance marketing campaigns
- Ensure alignment with VIPKid global brand and education standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
- Support launch of new products, stores, and learning initiatives
- Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of the KSA consumer and education market
- Education, EdTech, or consumer brand experience preferred
Working Conditions
Full-time position based in KSA. Role requires market knowledge, strong execution, and cross-team collaboration.
