Head of Marketing is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the company's global marketing vision to drive brand leadership, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and longterm market share. This role leads global marketing strategy across regions, products, and channels, ensuring consistency of brand while enabling strong regional localization.
The role partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver measurable commercial outcomes and build a highperforming global marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the global marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision, growth goals, and business objectives.
- Translate corporate strategy into integrated marketing plans across regions and business units.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on market trends, brand positioning, and growth opportunities.
2. Brand & Positioning
- Build and steward a strong, differentiated global brand identity and messaging framework.
- Ensure brand consistency across all markets, touchpoints, and customer experiences.
- Lead global brand reputation management, PR, thought leadership, and communications strategy.
3.Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through datadriven demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and gotomarket execution.
- Own global performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM integration, and funnel optimization.
4. Product & GotoMarket Marketing
- Lead global gotomarket (GTM) strategy for new products, features, and market expansions.
- Own product positioning, value propositions, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer insights with roadmap decisions.
5. Customer, Insights & Analytics
- Champion a customerfirst marketing approach grounded in insights, personas, and journey mapping.
- Leverage analytics, market research, and voiceofcustomer data to optimize campaigns and strategy.
- Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to track marketing ROI, CAC, LTV, and brand impact.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Own and manage the global marketing budget with strong financial discipline.
- Evaluate and manage agencies, platforms, and technology partners globally.
- Ensure optimal ROI through strategic investment and vendor optimization.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading global marketing teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong background in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments (tailor as required).
- Demonstrated success driving brand growth, revenue impact, and global scale.
- Experience working closely with Csuite and Boardlevel stakeholders.
