Head Of Nurseries

Sama Educational Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Nurseries to lead and elevate our Early Years division across multiple campuses in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for a passionate Early Childhood leader who understands that nursery education is not babysitting it is the foundation of lifelong learning.

The Head of Nurseries will lead curriculum development, instructional quality, teacher coaching, and child development standards across all Sama nurseries, while collaborating closely with operations and senior leadership.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership

Has 5+ years of experience in Early Years education

Has proven leadership experience in nursery or school settings

Understands international early childhood frameworks (EYFS or equivalent)

Can mentor teachers and drive instructional excellence

Is confident working with parents, inspectors, and senior leadership

This is a divisional leadership role with real impact shaping the earliest learning experiences of our students and building strong foundations for future success.
