Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a healthcare facility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; a Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory guidelines, and healthcare policies, demonstrating an ability to apply them in a practical setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the nursing department to align with the organization's mission and goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
