We are currently partnering with a confidential organisation operating within the financial markets and trading infrastructure space, who are looking to appoint a senior operations leader to help drive the next phase of growth. This is a high impact leadership opportunity for someone who can bring structure, resilience, and commercial thinking into a fast moving, highly regulated environment.

The successful individual will take ownership of the day to day operational backbone of the business, ensuring smooth platform operations, strong governance, effective risk controls, and close alignment across technology, compliance, and wider business functions. The role will also play a key part in strengthening operational scalability, business continuity, and external stakeholder integration as the organisation continues to evolve.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys building operational maturity in complex environments and who can operate as a strategic partner to leadership while still remaining close enough to execution. Key requirements:

Proven senior leadership experience within an exchange, trading platform, capital markets, or similarly regulated environment

Strong understanding of operational infrastructure, risk, governance, and business continuity

Ability to work cross functionally with technology, product, and compliance teams

Exposure to scaling operations in a fast paced or evolving business

Commercially minded, with the gravitas to engage both internally and externally
