Role Description

The Head of PR & Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing integrated public relations and marketing strategies to enhance brand reputation, visibility, and business growth. This position leads all communication, branding, and promotional activities while ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage and protect the organization's brand image and public reputation
  • Lead media relations, press releases, interviews, and public communications
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, digital marketing, and promotions
  • Coordinate crisis communication and public responses when required
  • Supervise and mentor PR and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and external partners
  • Monitor market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field
  • Master's degree (MBA / MA in Marketing or Communications) preferred but not always required
  • 812 years of relevant experience in PR, marketing, communications, or brand management
  • Proven leadership experience managing PR and marketing teams
  • Strong background in media relations, branding, and strategic communications
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and campaign management
  • Demonstrated ability in crisis communication and reputation management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities
