Our client, a leading textile manufaturer operating in Egypt, is looking for a Head of Production who will report to the General Manager. The position is based in Egypt.
Role Profile
- Lead end-to-end production in Egypt
- Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and quality standards across production facilities
- Build and manage high-performing local teams; foster strong leadership culture
- Manage government, commercial, and external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related discipline
- 15+ years of leadership experience in production in FMCG, textile, footwear
- Proven track record in factory operations
- Experience working in emerging markets and multicultural environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Arabic and Turkish
- Willingness to be based in Egypt full-time
