Head of Production (Stones & Marbles)

We're recruiting a Head of Production (Stones & Marbles) for one of our clients, a reliable construction company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads all production activities including planning, cutting, finishing, and on-site installation of imported marble, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality project execution
  
• Lead and manage the full production cycle of imported marble from receiving to final installation
  
• Oversee cutting, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure quality standards are met
  
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
  
• Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and manpower planning
  
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols
  
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and reduce costs without compromising quality
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  
• 810 years of experience in the stone or marble industry with at least 35 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  
• Proven track record of managing production teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work
  
• Experience in handling imported marble and coordinating with logistics and project teams
