Role Purpose

As the Head of Property, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing the property strategy for ELR and MMI, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and strategic plans on both a local and international scale.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the design, tender, and construction processes for new food and beverage and retail outlets
• Manage property acquisitions, leasing negotiations, and maintain high-quality relationships with landlords
• Oversee project budgets and capital investments, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial limit

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in property or commercial roles, preferably with a background in real estate and portfolio management.
• Degree in a relevant field with a professional qualification related to Property
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams
• Exceptional communication abilities and a track record of influencing strategic development.
