Due to fast growth, we are looking for a Head of Public Relations to join our development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR and communication strategy for development projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government-related entities, partners, and key stakeholders
- Manage public image and reputation of the development brand and projects
- Oversee press releases, project launches, media briefings, interviews, and events
- Ensure consistent messaging across all public and media channels
- Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Monitor media coverage and prepare performance and visibility reports
- Represent the company at industry, real estate, and development-related events
Requirements:
- 710 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications
- Proven experience in real estate / development companies is highly preferred
- Local market experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience working with premium, large-scale, or investment-driven projects is a plus
