Head of Real Estate

About the Job:
The Head of Real Estate leads the full commercial and residential brokerage operations, driving revenue growth, agent performance, market expansion, and compliance with the agency. The role oversees sales, leasing, client onboarding, marketing, property acquisition, and property management services while ensuring the agency maintains the highest professional and regulatory standards (RERA, DLD, EJARI, Dubai Municipality, etc.).
The position requires strong industry knowledge, leadership capability, client relationship management, and an ability to scale a profitable property brokerage in a dynamic UAE real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end brokerage operations across sales, leasing, off-plan, and secondary markets
Own revenue targets, budgeting, forecasting, and overall P&L performance
Drive commercial and residential sales and leasing growth
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and leasing teams
Strengthen relationships with developers, landlords, property owners, and corporate clients
Oversee client onboarding, negotiations, and high-value deal closures
Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, EJARI, SPA, and UAE real estate regulations
Implement SOPs, CRM usage, reporting, and performance dashboards
Partner with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Expand service offerings including property management, holiday homes, and investment advisory
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of UAE real estate experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in both commercial and residential brokerage
In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA, DLD, EJARI, and developer processes
Proven experience managing brokerage teams and large property portfolios
RERA Broker Certification (required or to be obtained upon joining)
