One Investments is looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead and scale our talent acquisition function as we continue our growth journey.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build high-performing recruitment teams, attract top-tier talent, and partner closely with leadership to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment strategy across all business units
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop scalable recruitment processes, systems, and KPIs
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Manage senior, executive, and high-impact hires
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and market competitiveness in hiring
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment leadership role (Head of Recruitment / TA Director or similar)
- Strong background in high-volume and strategic hiring
- Experience recruiting senior and executive-level talent
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment performance
- Experience in fast-growing or dynamic organizations is highly preferred
