Head of Registration

Elite Private School Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a Head of Registration to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized professional to lead our student admissions and registration processes, manage student records, and ensure accurate data management across school systems in line with ADEK requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee the full admission cycle, coordinate entrance assessments, manage student registration in school systems, maintain student records, and support school leadership with admissions reporting and process improvements.

Previous experience as Registrar/Admissions officer is a must.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 57 years of experience in school admissions or registration

Strong knowledge of ADEK systems such as eSIS is an advantage

Excellent organizational, communication, and data management skills

Experience working in UAE private schools is preferred
