Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Retail Lifecycle Management (RLM) to lead, govern, and optimize RLM platforms across the organization. This role will focus on driving system adoption, process standardization, and operational excellence across the end-to-end retail lifecycle.

The position is techno-functional in nature and requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in a lean organizational setup, reporting directly to the CTO / CIO.

Key Responsibilities

1. RLM Strategy & Platform Ownership

  • Own and manage enterprise RLM platforms such as Blue Yonder and Increff.
  • Drive system adoption and ensure platforms are fully aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve and standardize RLM processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

2. Techno-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a strategic bridge between business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Ensure effective utilization of RLM solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee platform integrations, enhancements, and upgrades to meet evolving retail requirements.

3. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a lean, high-impact RLM team.
  • Enable strong collaboration across merchandising, supply chain, IT, and operations teams.
  • Build internal capability and best practices around RLM systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementation and management of RLM platforms, preferably Blue Yonder and/or Increff.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Techno-functional expertise with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
