We are excited to invite experienced, forwardthinking professionals to apply for the role of Head of Sales Commercial Vehicle (CV) (m/f/d) for the Middle East & North Africa.
What you can look forward to as Head of Sales Commercial Vehicle (CV) (m/f/d):
- Manages sales business and profitability of Commercial Vehicle (CV) business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
- Takes ownership and responsibility for the sales (operative planning and strategic planning)
- Adjusts the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the countries, customers, ensuring profitable business and market shares are delivered; Collaborate with the sales managers to support the execution of the strategic directions
- Contributes to the implementation and monitoring of individual KPIs so that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be achieved
- Acts as key account manager for selected customers, supports the sub-Regional Head in servicing large customers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
- Support sales managers with negotiation agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on a daily basis
- Responsible for the NPIs in the region to meet the market demands together with Regional Category Managers
Profile description:
Your profile as Head of Sales Commercial Vehicle (CV) (m/f/d):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or an Engineering degree
- Deep understanding of Commercial Vehicle (CV) Aftermarket business across all segments; robust network/credibility within the market, customers and processes
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix organization
- Proven experience supporting Sales Team activities of Subregional aftermarket and strong commercial sense
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills; experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers
- Experience in developing operational goals and directions and executing them
- Willingness to travel in the region
- Fluent English, Arabic or French as additional languages would be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office package and Salesforce; Power BI (beneficial).
