Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the Data & AI sales strategy aligned with NourNet's business goals.
- Define GTM strategies for AI, analytics, and data solutions.
- Set revenue targets, sales plans, and performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Data & AI sales team.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Own and deliver revenue and gross margin targets.
- Build a strong pipeline across AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance & Management.
- Drive large, complex deals and multi-year contracts.
Strategic Account & Business Development
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities in enterprise and government sectors.
- Lead account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
- Position NourNet as a strategic Data & AI transformation partner.
Solution Alignment & Presales Collaboration
- Collaborate with architects, presales, and delivery teams.
- Ensure solutions meet client business needs and ROI expectations.
- Support proposals, pricing strategies, and solution positioning.
Tender & Proposal Leadership
- Lead large-scale RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory standards.
- Develop competitive and winning bid strategies.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor AI, data platforms, and digital transformation trends.
- Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with vendors like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive insights.
- Engage with senior leadership on strategy and performance.
- Align with finance on pricing, margins, and profitability.
