Job Description

NourNet is looking for a visionary Head of Data & AI Sales to lead our mission in transforming businesses with cutting-edge Data & AI solutions. This role is your chance to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the Data & AI sales strategy aligned with NourNet's business goals.
  • Define GTM strategies for AI, analytics, and data solutions.
  • Set revenue targets, sales plans, and performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Data & AI sales team.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

  • Own and deliver revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline across AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance & Management.
  • Drive large, complex deals and multi-year contracts.

Strategic Account & Business Development

  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities in enterprise and government sectors.
  • Lead account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Position NourNet as a strategic Data & AI transformation partner.

Solution Alignment & Presales Collaboration

  • Collaborate with architects, presales, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet client business needs and ROI expectations.
  • Support proposals, pricing strategies, and solution positioning.

Tender & Proposal Leadership

  • Lead large-scale RFPs, RFQs, and government tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory standards.
  • Develop competitive and winning bid strategies.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Monitor AI, data platforms, and digital transformation trends.
  • Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive insights.
  • Engage with senior leadership on strategy and performance.
  • Align with finance on pricing, margins, and profitability.

  • Proven track record in leading Data & AI sales in enterprise environments.
  • Strong strategic account management and business development experience.
