Elliot Scott Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage for an experienced Sales Head to lead and scale their residential sales team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of 15+ real estate sales consultants, driving revenue growth, and embedding strong sales processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of 15+ sales consultants
- Drive sales performance, revenue, and deal closures
- Set, track, and manage KPIs and sales targets
- Coach and mentor agents to improve conversion rates
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Ensure strong pipeline management and CRM usage
- Work closely with senior leadership on sales strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE
- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Prior team leadership or management experience
- Strong people-management and motivational skills
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
