Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE

Elliot Scott Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing Dubai-based real estate brokerage for an experienced Sales Head to lead and scale their residential sales team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of 15+ real estate sales consultants, driving revenue growth, and embedding strong sales processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of 15+ sales consultants
  • Drive sales performance, revenue, and deal closures
  • Set, track, and manage KPIs and sales targets
  • Coach and mentor agents to improve conversion rates
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
  • Ensure strong pipeline management and CRM usage
  • Work closely with senior leadership on sales strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE
  • Proven experience in residential property sales
  • Prior team leadership or management experience
  • Strong people-management and motivational skills
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Age range 3040
