Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales who will lead and oversee the overall sales function of the company, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic account development across Saudi Arabia. The role requires a senior B2B technology sales leader with proven experience in cloud and information security solutions, strong knowledge of the Saudi market, and the ability to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategy, managing key accounts, and strengthening partnerships particularly within the Huawei ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy in KSA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand key accounts
  • Drive Huawei Cloud-related sales initiatives and vendor alignment
  • Oversee high-value negotiations and contract closures
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team
  • Represent the company in industry events and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (IT background preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Saudi market (Riyadh is a must, Jeddah is a plus)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience selling Cloud or Information Security solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing B2B enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with major vendors (Huawei experience is highly preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles in KSA
