The Head of Sales, CRM & Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market positioning, and customer engagement across the company's real estate portfolio. The role integrates sales strategy, customer lifecycle management, and marketing execution to maximize project absorption and brand visibility in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and absorption targets across all projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and performance-drive sales teams and broker networks, setting clear KPIs.
  • Own pricing strategy, sales launches, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Design and implement CRM frameworks covering lead management, forecasting, and customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact through handover and after-sales.
  • Use data analytics to drive customer insights, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events to generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee brand positioning, creative direction, media planning, and PR for project launches.
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, and project teams to align sales targets, timelines, and forecasts.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in sales and marketing within UAE real estate development or luxury property.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
