Job Description

Main Job Purpose:

Building, leading, and optimizing Kee's sales organization. This role owns revenue performance, sales strategy, team effectiveness, and execution excellence, while working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy and growth roadmap to ensure sustainable revenue growth by defining a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting to maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline with a minimum 3x coverage to ensure revenue visibility and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers and key partners to secure exclusive or preferred partnerships and strengthen supply quality to support sales growth and competitiveness.
  • Implement sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting standards to standardize sales operations to improve efficiency, data accuracy, performance tracking, and decision-making.
  • Improve sales efficiency and reduce closing cycle time to increase win rates and revenue velocity by streamlining sales processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns, inventory, and target with sales priorities to improve lead-to-conversion rates and overall customer acquisition effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to ensure sales strategies remain competitive and responsive to changes in the Egyptian real estate market.
  • Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Company guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance etc.

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue achievement

  • Pipeline coverage ratio (minimum 3x revenue target)
  • Average deal closing cycle time reduction
  • Lead response time and follow-up efficiency

Work Environment:

In Office: 70%

Out of Office (Travel): 30%

Work Hazard: Normal

Working Days: 5 days per week

Days off: Friday & Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business (MBA is a plus)

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Min 5 years of people management experience, leading and scaling sales teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing large sales pipelines and high-volume transactions
  • Strong understanding of the Egyptian real estate market, customer behavior, and developers landscape
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales performance reporting
