تعلن ترانزيت عن توفر فرصة وظيفية قيادية للانضمام إلى فريقها في منصب رئيس المبيعات والتسويق، لقيادة جميع أنشطة المبيعات، التأجير، التسويق الرقمي، وخدمة العملاء، بهدف تعزيز نمو الشركة وزيادة حصتها السوقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- وضع وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والخطط الشاملة للمبيعات والتسويق بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- قيادة وإدارة فريق المبيعات والتأجير لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية والإيرادات المستهدفة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التسويق الرقمي والحملات الإعلانية عبر مختلف القنوات.
- الإشراف على عمليات التأجير التجاري والتفاوض مع المستأجرين.
- متابعة أداء خدمة العملاء وضمان تقديم تجربة متميزة في جميع نقاط الاتصال.
- تحليل بيانات السوق والمنافسين واقتراح مبادرات لتعزيز التنافسية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا حول الأداء، التحديات، والفرص.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل ماجستير MBA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المبيعات والتسويق، منها 3 سنوات في منصب قيادي.
- خبرة في إدارة المبيعات، التأجير، التسويق الرقمي، وخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة، التفاوض، والتواصل.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

Transit is announcing a senior leadership opportunity for the position of Head of Sales & Marketing, responsible for leading all sales, leasing, digital marketing, and customer service activities, with the objective of driving company growth and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales and leasing teams to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Design and execute digital marketing plans and advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee commercial leasing operations and negotiate with tenants.
- Monitor customer service performance to ensure an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints.
- Analyze market and competitor data, proposing initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in sales management, leasing, digital marketing, and customer service.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
