Position: Head of Operations/Sales Property Development

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting To: Group CEO

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly commercial and strategic Head of Operations and Sales to lead the operational, sales, and marketing performance of our property development business. This executive role requires a proven leader with deep experience in real estate development and a strong track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across the development lifecycle while overseeing sales strategy, marketing alignment, lead generation, and business growth initiatives. This role will play a critical part in maximizing project performance, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Lead the operational strategy for the company's property development portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of development, marketing, and sales functions to maximize project performance and market impact.
  • Establish scalable operational frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics across departments.
  • Drive operational efficiency and accountability across all business units.

Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams to deliver aggressive revenue and sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across off-plan and ready property portfolios.
  • Implement strong pipeline management and lead conversion strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize sales processes to maximize profitability and absorption rates.

Marketing Alignment & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure full alignment between brand positioning, campaigns, and project launches.
  • Drive data-driven lead generation strategies across digital, broker, and international channels.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are focused on generating high-quality leads that convert into sales.

Business Growth & Development

  • Identify new growth opportunities including market expansion, partnerships, and strategic development initiatives.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, project positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new developments.
  • Support the company's expansion strategy through strong commercial insight and market intelligence.

Stakeholder & Investor Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance, sales progress, and development milestones.
  • Support investor presentations, capital raising initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Performance & Team Leadership

  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture across operations, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership talent across the organization.
  • Implement performance management systems aligned with company growth targets.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 1015+ years of experience in real estate or property development, with significant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing real estate sales teams.
  • Strong experience launching and selling off-plan developments.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and delivering large-scale development sales targets.
  • Experience working with investors, brokers, and strategic partners in the real estate sector.
