About the role:

You work in partnership with customers to develop and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mighty Foods and its customers across four key channels: ( Modern Trade - Convenience Stores - E-com - OOH )

Reporting to: Commercial director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear and ambition growth strategy across; Modern Trade, Convenience stores, E-com, and out-of-home channels

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all organisational levels to maximise brand presence and sales

  • Lead annual contract negotiations across all customers, ensuring on-time renewal, optimal trading terms, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.

  • Set sales targets and KPIs for each channel, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Monitor performance metrics and market trends to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities for innovation and expansion within the existing and new customers

  • Manage and optimize budgets, trade spends, and promotional investments.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive execution and excellence.

  • Provide training and development programs to strengthen channel expertise and negotiation skills

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to enhance execution and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 8+ years of experience in channel management in FMCG sector, with a strong track record in Modern Trade, E-commerce, and out-of-home

  • Strong understanding of category management, trade marketing, and P&L management.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant ERP/salesforce systems

  • Excellent level of English and Arabic
