Role Overview:
The Head of Sales will lead the entire sales function for our real estate tech platform, drive market expansion, build a strong sales engine, and deliver predictable revenue growth. This role requires deep understanding of SaaS sales, real estate workflows, and enterprise/B2B selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall sales strategy, revenue targets, and sales forecasting for the PropTech product.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (AMs, SMs).
- Develop go-to-market plans to scale in UAE and GCC markets.
- Identify and close partnerships with real estate brokers, developers, property management firms, and PropTech ecosystems.
- Drive enterprise-level deals and manage the full sales cycle for key accounts.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to optimize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve value proposition.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and oversee pricing strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and PropTech forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 10 12+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate tech.
- UAE experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, real estate operations, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
