Our client is hiring a Head of Sales to drive new business and recurring subscription revenue for a fast-growing company in Dubai. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, winning new logos, and delivering against ambitious monthly and annual targets through a mix of targeted meetings, consultative selling, and market-led sales strategy.
Sales strategy & planning
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans, tracking performance against targets and adjusting tactics to close gaps
- Build persuasive proposals, pitch decks and sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing
- Maintain a strong pipeline by researching new prospects, sector trends and competitor activity
- Ensure accurate CRM administration, forecasting, reporting and risk tracking
- Identify growth opportunities using market insight, data and customer feedback
- Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to source leads and bring back new ideas
Leadership & team development
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales function to achieve revenue targets and improve conversion across the funnel
- Set clear activity standards (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals) and drive performance through structured cadence and reviews
- Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing sales talent as the team scales
- Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, learning and customer outcomes
Client relationship & service
- Build and manage relationships with key enterprise accounts and high-value prospects
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience across the full sales cycle
- Drive renewals and retention in partnership with Customer Success to achieve targeted renewal rates and expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell)
Product, pricing & portfolio support
- Support packaging and pricing strategy to optimise recurring revenue and customer value
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure the offering is positioned competitively and commercially
Partnerships
- Develop relationships with channel partners, industry bodies and communities to support pipeline growth
- Manage and motivate any partner/referral network, ensuring regular performance communication and alignment
On-site delivery (as required)
- Attend key client meetings, roundtables and events in Dubai and the wider GCC market
- Support VIP/client engagement activities where required
Experience
- 5+ years sales experience (SaaS / subscriptions preferred), with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to consistently hit revenue targets and grow pipeline through proactive prospecting and team execution
- Strong track record selling via phone, video and in-person meetings (mid-market/enterprise experience a plus)
