Role
We are hiring a Head of Sales / Sales Manager to build and lead a scalable acquisition engine across Consumer (home services such as fiber/landline bundles and postpaid mobile) and SME/SOHO connectivity solutions. This role is fully accountable for commercial performance, team output, and quota delivery, managing a multi-tier field organization and multiple acquisition channels.
Core Objectives
- Deliver monthly acquisition targets across Consumer and SME product lines.
- Build a high-performing field sales organization (supervisors + agents) with firm productivity.
- Develop repeatable sales channels and execution rhythms that scale profitably.
- Meet compliance and regulatory requirements and mandates with a zero tolerance policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales plan, targets, and quota delivery across all product lines.
- Drive field execution (door-to-door/direct acquisition), including route planning principles, territory coverage, and supervisor cadence.
- Develop additional acquisition channels where relevant (referrals, partnerships, micro-events, building access arrangements, lead sources), with clear output measurement.
- Build and lead a sales force tiered organization.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and corrective actions for the sales organization.
- Maintain strong alignment with the telecom operator's partner stakeholders to ensure commercial readiness and smooth execution.
- Liase with Sales Ops to ensure compliance and process alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years in telecom/ICT or a related quota-driven B2B/B2C sales environment in the UAE.
- Proven experience scaling field sales teams (supervisors + agents) and delivering targets.
- Strong understanding of consumer home connectivity and/or postpaid mobility sales motions, plus comfort selling to SMEs/SOHOs.
- High leadership presence, strong coaching capability, and discipline in performance management.
- Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus).
Compensation:
- Monthly fixed salary 15K AED
- Generous commission upon target achievement
- Annual profit share based on the company-wide KPIs achievement
