The Role
As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the sales function: defining strategy, setting targets, driving launches, and ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned to growth objectives
- Lead and inspire sales managers and sales teams across multiple projects
- Drive pricing strategy, go-to-market plans, and launch execution
- Monitor performance, conversions, and collections, while taking decisive action where needed
- Partner closely with Marketing to maximise demand generation and brand positioning
- Oversee key client relationships, brokers, and high-value negotiations
- Strengthen CRM utilisation, governance, and reporting across the function
- Provide clear performance insight and strategic input at the executive level
Candidate Profile
- The successful candidate will have 10–15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director level)
- Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in pricing, forecasting, and market positioning
- A proven track record of delivering revenue growth across residential and/or mixed-use developments
- Will be a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision
- Confidently engaging with executive leadership, brokers, financial institutions, and strategic partners
- Analytical yet entrepreneurial. Strategic yet hands-on.
- You will know how to scale a sales operation and build a culture that delivers.
