With a strong brand presence and a reputation for quality, innovation, and delivery, they are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a strategic Head of Sales to lead from the front.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the sales function: defining strategy, setting targets, driving launches, and ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned to growth objectives
  • Lead and inspire sales managers and sales teams across multiple projects
  • Drive pricing strategy, go-to-market plans, and launch execution
  • Monitor performance, conversions, and collections, while taking decisive action where needed
  • Partner closely with Marketing to maximise demand generation and brand positioning
  • Oversee key client relationships, brokers, and high-value negotiations
  • Strengthen CRM utilisation, governance, and reporting across the function
  • Provide clear performance insight and strategic input at the executive level

Candidate Profile

  • The successful candidate will have 10–15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director level)
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in pricing, forecasting, and market positioning
  • A proven track record of delivering revenue growth across residential and/or mixed-use developments
  • Will be a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision
  • Confidently engaging with executive leadership, brokers, financial institutions, and strategic partners
  • Analytical yet entrepreneurial. Strategic yet hands-on.
  • You will know how to scale a sales operation and build a culture that delivers.
