We are looking for a Head of Sales-UAE to oversee our UAE sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth through strong leadership, market strategy, and key account management. The responsibilities of the Head of Sales-UAEinclude, but are not limited to: Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six sales professionals, ensuring productivity, alignment, and continuous team development.
  • Oversee daily team activities, track progress, and provide coaching and support to address challenges and drive performance.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets for the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, managing key UAE accounts and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to expand presence, capture new opportunities, and strengthen I.P.P's competitive position.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and timely decision-making.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Represent I.P.P in client meetings, industry events, and market engagements as a senior commercial leader.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive sales experience within the flexible packaging industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and performance-managing sales teams within a competitive, target-driven environment.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, market penetration, and strategic key account management.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability, sound judgment, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, with strong commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Strong English communication skills required;Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
