Job Description:
- Lead and manage all academic, pastoral, and operational aspects of the Secondary School.
- Drive student achievement through data-informed curriculum development and assessment strategy.
- Ensure compliance with UAE inspection frameworks and exam board standards.
- Develop and mentor staff while fostering a high-performance learning culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (Postgraduate qualification in educational leadership / school management)
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a British curriculum school
- Strong working knowledge of UAE regulatory and inspection frameworks.
- Experience overseeing academic, pastoral systems, operational aspects and student wellbeing frameworks at secondary level
