Summary:
The Head of Sponsorship and Partnership will drive revenue and brand growth by designing strategic alliances, securing high-level deals, and managing, activating, and renewing sponsor relationships. This senior, negotiation-heavy role requires experience in commercial, brand, with a focus on long-term value creation, ROI, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Designing and implementing a forward-thinking, long-term, and comprehensive sponsorship strategy.
Commercial Growth: Identifying, pitching, and securing new, high-value, and strategic sponsorship deals to achieve revenue goals.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
Activation & Evaluation: Overseeing the activation of assets across multiple channels for maximum impact, alongside reporting on performance, ROI, and brand impact.
Contract Negotiation: Leading high-level, complex negotiations and overseeing contract creation and compliance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 7+ years in brand partnerships, corporate, or agency-side roles.
Negotiation & Sales: Proven ability to close high-value partnerships and manage complex, multi-year contracts.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written skills for high-level meetings.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to align brand goals with market trends.
